Due to the nature of live plants and perishable nursery products, plants and seeds are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged during transportation, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the damaged product for verification.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements, where applicable, are provided solely at the discretion of GreenLeaf Forestry after verification.
